Dynamic purchasing system for non-clinical hospital furniture and accessories

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system through which the hospital will buy non-clinical hospital furniture and related accessories within a single category. The range includes, among other things, office, domestic, laboratory, reception and waiting-room furniture, seating, tables, cupboards, furniture accessories, textiles, household appliances and cleaning products. The specific goods and conditions will be set separately for each procurement under the system. The system has an initial term of one year, with the option of one additional one-year extension. Its total estimated value, including the extension and planned modification, is €190,000 excluding VAT; the estimated value for the initial period is €50,000. Businesses may apply to join during the initial 30 calendar days, and the system remains open to additional qualifying businesses throughout its term. Invitations for specific procurement contracts will be sent to businesses already admitted to the system, generally with 10 calendar days to submit an offer. To join, a bidder must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies or works and submit the business, tax, social-security and insurance documents specified in the tender documents. Products must be new and meet technical, safety, hygiene, ergonomic and durability requirements. The supplier’s tasks include transport, delivery, installation and assembly, and commissioning where needed, as well as warranty and after-sales support.
