Supply of IT equipment, software and licences

Summary

A five-year dynamic purchasing system will be established to select suppliers for ASERPINTO's recurring purchases of IT equipment, software and licences. Examples include desktop and laptop computers, printers, monitors, tablets, mobile phones and chargers, computer accessories, storage devices, network cabling, software and licences. The products and technical requirements for each purchase will be specified in a separate order; offers may be generated from an electronic catalogue or through a separate competition among suppliers admitted to the system. The estimated total value of the system is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. Applicants must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit the specified declarations and evidence. The supplier is responsible for transport, loading and unloading costs and timely delivery. Contract performance requires the use of recycled products and reusable packaging and the protection of personal data; accidental access to personal data must be reported to the contracting authority within 48 hours.
