Sale of plots in the San Sebastián Industrial Estate extension in Madridejos

Summary

The Municipality of Madridejos is selling 14 plots in the extension of the San Sebastián Industrial Estate: 12 industrial plots (IN-1, IN-2, IN-3, IN-7, IN-9, IN-10, IN-21, IN-22, IN-23, IN-24, IN-25 and IN-31) and two plots for commercial and service uses (TER-1 and TER-4). Plot sizes range from 524 to 2,402.98 m². The minimum price for every plot is €44.80 per m², excluding VAT; lower offers are not permitted. The original competition received no bids, so the municipality has authorized direct sale of the plots without reducing the original terms. Applications may be submitted within one year of publication of the decision and will be handled in order of receipt. The buyer must use the plot for an industrial or commercial/service activity allowed by the applicable planning rules, establish the activity within three years and maintain it for at least three years. The plot may not be resold for five years without the municipality’s express authorization. The full purchase price is due no later than two months after notification of the award decision. Applicants must demonstrate legal capacity, provide the provisional guarantee and, if selected, submit the definitive guarantee and required supporting documents.
