Dynamic purchasing system for spare parts for Aserpinto’s workshop

Summary

The procurement establishes a four-year dynamic purchasing system for supplying spare parts and accessories for vehicles and other machinery used by Aserpinto’s mechanical workshop. Goods include, among others, engines and engine parts, gearboxes, axles, brakes, wheels, mufflers, exhaust pipes, clutches, steering components, seat belts and vehicle seats. Goods purchased as part of a vehicle or machinery repair-services contract are excluded. The estimated total value is €400,000 excluding VAT. To participate, suppliers must be approved for admission and demonstrate annual turnover of at least €15,000 and experience with similar contracts. Specific purchases will be made through an electronic catalogue or a separate competition among admitted suppliers. For each specific purchase, price may account for 0–100% and quality for 0–50% of the score; the exact weightings will be set for that purchase. The environmental performance condition requires recycling products and using reusable packaging.
