Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system for Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council and its dependent entities to purchase or rent routine supplies in 12 categories, including hardware, office supplies, IT equipment, furniture, driverless vehicle rental, clothing, awards, flowers, sanitary and sports supplies, mobile event elements and personal protective equipment. The system runs for 2 years and may be extended by up to 8 additional years; the total estimated value is EUR 30,060,000 excluding IGIC. A company must first join the relevant category and prove the required turnover, previous similar supplies, compliance with tax obligations and legal capacity to contract. For specific procurements, admitted companies receive an invitation and have 10 calendar days to submit a tender. Membership does not guarantee an award and does not require the company to submit a tender for every specific procurement.
