Supplier Classification System for Workshop Spare Parts

Summary

The tender establishes an open supplier classification system for spare parts and other maintenance supplies for EMTSAM’s workshops, bus fleet and facilities. Suppliers may apply for classification in one or more categories, including vehicle spare parts, filters, body glass, brakes, batteries, tyres, electrical and pneumatic components, tools, and manufacturer-specific parts. Classified suppliers will later be invited to submit offers for specific, needs-based supplies; no minimum order volume is guaranteed. The system has an initial term of five years. Applicants must submit the required declarations and evidence and meet category-dependent turnover, experience, insurance and certification requirements. Fuels and AdBlue are excluded.
