Preparation and handling of periodical dispatches

Summary

BG ETEM is procuring a single contract, without lots, for preparing periodicals for dispatch and organising their mailing in Cologne. The work covers picking, packing, addressing, postage optimisation and handover to postal providers for the magazines “arbeit & gesundheit”, “etem” and “profi”, a business calendar, an annual report and posters. The planned publication frequencies are six issues per year for each magazine, one calendar and annual report per year, and four poster mailings per year. The estimated volume over four years is approximately 100 dispatch operations, with a maximum of 130.
