Domestic and International Postal Services for Gmina Gdów, 2027–2028

Summary

Gmina Gdów is procuring domestic and international postal services for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The services cover the acceptance, transport and delivery of letters and parcels, the return of undelivered items, delivery confirmations and daily collection of mail from the municipality office. The service mix includes different categories of ordinary and registered letters, priority mail, postcards, advertising and unaddressed items, and parcels. The bidder must be registered as a postal operator and authorised to provide postal services throughout Poland. Bids will be evaluated on price (60 points), maintaining a service outlet within 1 km of the contracting authority’s office (20 points), and offering online tracking of domestic registered mail (20 points). Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 9:00. Lots and variant bids are not allowed, and no bid guarantee is required.
