Packing and mailing the local newspaper Cierzo

Summary

The procurement is for packing and mailing the local newspaper “Cierzo.” The contractor will receive the newspaper, place it in an envelope or mailing bag, print and prepare 10 × 15 cm address slips using the municipality’s database, sort the items, apply postage and deliver the newspapers to the postal service. Payment is based on the number actually prepared and sent; the estimated maximum is 1,033 mailings, each consisting of an A4, 32-page newspaper and an insert. The maximum bid for preparation work is EUR 336 per month, plus VAT. Postage is charged according to actual mailings: the estimate is 243 items in Zone A at EUR 0.66 each and 790 items in Zone B at EUR 0.84 each. The initial contract runs until 28 February 2027 and may be extended annually for up to three additional years if the newspaper continues to be published. The initial budget is EUR 5,800, and the estimated contract value including possible extensions is EUR 47,560 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion.
