Summary

The tender concerns the DGNB Silver certification process for the Freising vocational center project (BSZF). It specifies the need to achieve a high standard of environmental and health performance in materials and site processes. Offers must comply with DGNB requirements and provide the necessary evidence (technical data sheets, safety data sheets, certificates, manufacturer declarations, etc.). For wood, wood-based materials and natural stone, delivery notes with a continuous CoC number must be provided. All declared products should be used by the contractor, and any changes must be coordinated with the Bauökolog. The release process requires documentation of products with type, name, manufacturer, installation location, quantity and corresponding evidence, and should be managed through a web-based product management system (without naming the system). The project requires airtight construction, qE50 ≤ 1.8 m3/m2h, and after completion room air measurements will be performed. All DGNB-compliance costs are included in the unit prices. If products are not approved, alternatives may be proposed, subject to justification and approval by the Bauökolog.
