Summary

Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is procuring a framework agreement for historical research and the delivery of information and documents on the Soviet air and ground war. Over a period of up to 48 months, the work will cover 116 administrative areas and examine wartime events and relevant post-war activity through 1953, including air attacks, ground combat, ammunition destruction and military sites. Deliverables include research documentation, bibliographies, geospatial data and the digital source material used.
