Framework agreement for postal services

Summary

GKD Recklinghausen is procuring a four-year framework agreement for postal services, running from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031, with a maximum value of EUR 13 million. The service covers collection, franking, transport and domestic and international delivery of letters, parcels weighing up to 2 kg and formal service orders, including daily mail, bulk mailings, tax and election notices, and electronic service orders. The procurement is not divided into lots.
