Modernisation of Uchte Secondary School – Specialist Planning for Thermal Protection and Energy Balancing

Landkreis Nienburg/Weser, represented by the Samtgemeinde Uchte, is procuring specialist planning services for thermal protection and energy balancing as part of the comprehensive modernisation of Uchte Secondary School. The work will support the assessment of options for renovating and reorganising the existing buildings or partly demolishing them and constructing new facilities. The campus includes buildings from the 1930s and 1960s; the planned usable area is to be reduced from about 6,000 m² to about 4,000 m², with construction phased during school operations and expected to continue until 2031.
