Fleet insurance ARD 2027

Summary

This procurement concerns the ARD 2027 fleet motor insurance contract. Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR) acts as the lead contracting authority in an open procedure to procure motor vehicle liability insurance (Kfz-Haftpflicht) and vehicle insurance (Kasko) for all vehicles of the insured entities and included affiliated companies. The contract includes insurance coverage for owned, leased and financed vehicles, company vans and fleet vehicles used for work as well as vehicles of other insured parties and vehicles with permanent red license plates in scope; Leasing vehicles enjoy casco coverage under the contract (for passenger transport only); There is coverage for vehicles used by employees and for third-party vehicles; The administration and registration of newly licensed vehicles are included under the contract. The tender is conducted as an open procedure under VgV. The minimum coverage is described in Anlage 2A (Fleet Insurance Contract) and Anlage 2B (AKB 2015) with Anlage 2C Amending Conditions. Bidders must submit their own terms as part of their bid; if deviations occur from the GDV AKB 2015 (as of 30.04.2025) or from firmed up amendments, the bidder-specified terms apply. The award is based on price (90%) and service criteria (10%).
