Electrical and safety systems for the Anna-Seghers-Straße project

Summary

The City of Brühl is procuring the supply and installation of electrical, communications, security and information systems for a new four-storey building on Anna-Seghers-Straße with 29 dwellings and a six-group daycare centre. The works include, among other things, power distribution and lighting, electric-vehicle charging points, lightning protection and earthing, data and multimedia networks, alarm and fire-warning systems, access control, and emergency and safety lighting; some systems are to be maintained during the four-year warranty period.
