Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, installation and commissioning of All-in-One PCs for PC lecture halls at Hochschule Ruhr West (Mülheim an der Ruhr and Bottrop campuses). The scope includes 191–193 All-in-One PCs of a uniform model, with 191 to be installed and 2 spare units. The equipment must be delivered in a single model family with standardized configuration; installation at designated workplaces, cable management, and integration into the IT infrastructure. The contract follows an open procedure with evaluation based on price only (price award criterion). Delivery and installation are planned for 22–26 February 2026.
