Microsoft Enterprise Agreement 2027 Framework Agreement

Summary

NRW.BANK is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for the time-limited provision of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement software licences from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. Minimum quantities are 2,100 Microsoft 365 E5 Unified Sub Per User licences including Teams and Teams Premium, 100 Visio Online Plan 2 licences, 75 Project Online Plan 3 licences, and 12 licences each for SQL Server Enterprise Core and SQL Server Standard Core with Software Assurance. The agreement may also be extended to include Microsoft 365 E5 upgrades, Project Online Plan 3 and/or Visio Online Plan 2; the maximum total value of orders is €15 million gross. There are no lots.
