RS3 Express Cycle Route, Phase 4: Transport Infrastructure Design and Environmental Impact Study

Summary

The City of Minden is procuring planning services for the approximately 14.4 km fourth section of the RS3 express cycle route between Porta Westfalica and Minden, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers transport infrastructure design for HOAI service phases 1 and 2, including the development and comparison of route variants; Lot 2 covers an environmental impact study for the route. The study area for the environmental work is approximately 2,247 hectares, and the planning is expected to examine up to 25 main route variants.
