Video conferencing systems

Summary

Dataport AöR, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, and the states of Schleswig-Holstein and Saxony-Anhalt are procuring video conferencing systems under a four-year framework agreement. The supply covers systems for use with the contracting authorities’ Cisco Video Meeting Server and Expressway infrastructure, together with installation, moves, additions, changes, removal and support. The agreement may begin upon award, but not before 1 January 2027, and call-offs are capped at 150% of the awarded contract value.
