Energy-efficient refurbishment of Building AB – electrical building-services design

Summary

Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is commissioning electrical building-services design for the energy-efficient refurbishment of Building AB at Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück. The building has approximately 5,287 m² of usable floor area. The design covers the affected electrical systems, including power distribution, data infrastructure, safety lighting, fire and voice alarm systems, energy-efficient lighting, and preparation for a future photovoltaic installation. The work is to be phased while university operations continue; the overall project budget is approximately €8.2 million, including about €0.5 million for media technology.
