Building the Apache Kafka Platform II

Summary

Techniker Krankenkasse is procuring the design, iterative construction and commissioning of an on-premises Apache Kafka platform based on Confluent Platform, including knowledge transfer, enterprise features, Kafka connectors, licences, support and operation during the build phase. The platform is intended to support real-time communication between microservices, data delivery and analytics, and audit-event transport. The procurement is not divided into lots; subsequent platform operation for up to 42 months is optional.
