Framework Agreement for Occupational Safety and Health Protection Support Services

Summary

The tender concerns a two-year framework agreement starting on 1 April 2027 for occupational medical and occupational safety services for AOK Baden-Württemberg. The services cover approximately 269 locations and around 10,711 employees, including medical examinations and advice, workplace safety support, risk assessments, fire protection, hazardous-substance management, ergonomics advice, training, reporting and documentation. Services are generally to be delivered on site across Baden-Württemberg. The estimated annual workload includes 1,883.20 hours of basic occupational medical support, 2,708.25 hours of occupational medical support specific to the organisation, 2,824.80 hours of basic occupational safety support and 2,434.82 hours of organisation-specific occupational safety support. No minimum volume is guaranteed. The bid must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026. Pricing must be provided using the required price sheet; the smallest billable unit is 0.25 hours.
