Supply of cleaning and consumable materials and associated dispensers – framework agreement (2 lots)

Summary

The tender covers two lots: Lot 1 for hygiene products and their dispensers, and Lot 2 for cleaning chemicals, cleaning materials, occupational safety products and other consumables. The initial framework period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum term of four years. Deliveries must be made free of charge on order to at least 40 locations, including administrative buildings and schools, generally within 7 calendar days. The supplier must support ordering through an online shop, email or fax, provide free advice and training when required, and arrange on-site problem resolution by qualified application technicians within 48 hours when needed. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 13:00. Variants are not permitted, and several award criteria apply; where a workshop for persons with disabilities achieves an equally economical result, its tender receives a 15% bonus.
