Summary

Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein AöR is procuring a framework agreement for office, small-scale and records moves, internal relocations and transport, temporary storage, clearance and disposal, and the assembly and disassembly of furniture and equipment. The services cover five lots: Kiel (approximately 30% of the work), Lübeck (20%), North (15%), Southeast (20%) and West (15%). The estimated volume is around 550 moving assignments per year across all lots; the agreement starts on 1 January 2027 for 24 months and may be extended twice by one year.
