Letter Mail Transport from the Central Print Centre

AOK Baden-Württemberg is procuring the collection, sorting, optional franking, transport and delivery of its daily addressed letter mail from its central printing operation. The contract is divided into four lots covering northern Baden-Württemberg (about 3.73 million items per year), western Baden-Württemberg (2.1 million), eastern Baden-Württemberg (1.55 million) and the rest of Germany plus international destinations (7.4 million); the total annual volume is about 14.8 million letters. The contract runs from 1 April 2027 to 28 February 2029, with two possible 12-month extensions and a maximum term of 47 months.
