Waldstadt Primary School extension, Lot 13.2 – low-voltage systems

Summary

The Kommunaler Immobilien Service is procuring the communications, security and information technology systems for the extension and refurbishment of Waldstadt Primary School in Potsdam, under Lot 13.2. The works include door access and intercom systems, assistance-call and bell systems, an electroacoustic emergency warning system, fire and intrusion alarm systems, a structured data network, smoke and heat extraction controls, cable routes and associated building works. Installation and commissioning will take place in two phases, first in the extension and then in the existing building; the scope also includes dismantling, documentation, handover and maintenance offers.
