Printing and dispatch of insured-person information materials and examination booklets

Summary

The Common Federal Joint Committee is procuring four framework agreements for printing, storage and dispatch of insured-person information materials and examination booklets. Lot 1 covers 20- and 24-page information leaflets, Lot 2 covers 6- to 12-page materials, Lot 3 covers the child examination booklet and related inserts and stickers, and Lot 4 covers the maternity record. Each agreement has a fixed term of 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions; maximum quantities are capped at 150% of the expected print volume over the maximum four-year term.
