Books, Comics and Audiovisual Materials 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of books, comics and graphic novels, and audiovisual materials, including DVDs, Blu-ray discs and games, for a library collection. It is divided into three lots: books for adults and young people; comics and graphic novels for adults and young people; and audiovisual materials for adults and young people. The bidder must submit at least three relevant references from the last three years and the European Single Procurement Document. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 11:00. Bidders may submit bids for up to three lots, and a framework agreement will be concluded with one operator; no tender guarantee is required. The award assessment covers, among other aspects, the offer and service, content-related support, the discount percentage, book processing, the ordering module and invoicing. Electronic invoicing is required.
