Consultancy services for the Digi-Expert-kommunal format

Summary

The Hessian Ministry for Digitalisation and Innovation is procuring consultancy services for the Digi-Expert-kommunal format in two lots. Lot 1 covers 810 hours per year (648 hours of remote consultancy and 162 hours on site) in digital strategy, project management, change management, digital public services and citizen participation. Lot 2 covers 1,215 hours per year (972 hours of remote consultancy and 243 hours on site) and addresses areas including open source, cloud solutions, data platforms, artificial intelligence and smart-city solutions. The services will run for four years.
