Procurement and delivery of standard electricity trading products

Summary

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb Nordrhein-Westfalen (BLB NRW) is procuring a 2029–2032 framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of standard electricity trading products into its balancing group. The buyer’s forecast annual electricity demand is approximately 320,000 MWh; the share covered by this agreement will be determined by its procurement strategy. The contract also covers resale of surplus electricity and cancellation of electricity origin guarantees for approximately 95% of the buyer’s total electricity volume.
