Framework agreement for mobile communications services for the City of Aachen

Summary

The City of Aachen is procuring a framework agreement for mobile communications services, including mobile connections and tariffs, SIM cards and eSIMs, number porting, data and roaming options, billing, support and a self-service portal. Current demand is approximately 2,100 numbers, with flexible scaling to as many as 5,000 numbers during the contract. The procurement has one lot and also covers the migration of existing numbers and technical support when required in exceptional situations.
