High-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC)

Summary

The procurement covers a high-resolution LC/MS/MS analytical system comprising two HPLC systems. It will be used to identify and quantify targeted substances and unknown compounds, particularly PFAS and substances in food, pharmaceutical-residue and environmental analysis. The supplier must configure, install and commission the system, and provide control and data-processing software, a nitrogen generator, a computer, and the tools and consumables needed for the first year of operation. The contract also requires user training and application support, plus a three-year warranty for the complete LC-MS system, including two maintenance visits. Technical requirements include, among other things, operating pressure above 650 bar, measures to reduce PFAS background contamination, and compatibility between the HPLC units and the mass spectrometer. The mass spectrometer must provide resolution above 120,000 FWHM at m/z 200 and sensitivity exceeding a signal-to-noise ratio of 300:1 for 1 pg of reserpine. The complete technical offer and price sheet must be submitted electronically in German by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. The offer must include commitments concerning pay and subcontractor requirements.
