Energy-efficient renovation of Building AB – building design services

Summary

Hochschule Osnabrück is procuring building design services for the comprehensive structural, functional and energy-efficient renovation of Building AB at Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück. The building has approximately 5,287 m² of usable floor area, and the overall project budget is about €8.2 million, including approximately €0.5 million for media technology. The work focuses on the roofs, the auditorium and its building services, the southern façade, the foyer heating system and the sanitary facilities; the university is intended to remain in operation during the renovation. The design commission covers service phases 1–9 and coordination with the specialist planners.
