Internal audit services within a co-sourcing model

Summary

The tender concerns internal audit services to be provided under a co-sourcing model. The contractor shall independently and autonomously perform the internal audit reviews taken on by him in accordance with the professional standards for Internal Audit across all phases: preparation (content, staffing and scheduling) including development of an audit plan and the kickoff meeting; audit execution; and post-processing (draft report, coordination, obtaining the professional statements of the audited areas, agreement on actions, final report including integration of the professional statements and agreed action plans). The annual internal audit plan is prepared and coordinated by the client's Internal Audit; ongoing monitoring of actions is also conducted by the client's Internal Audit. Audit years: 2027 and 2028, with an option to extend to 2030. Number of audits per calendar year: about 6. Total audit days per year: about 150 person-days including preparation and follow-up.
