Provision of access control services at the Halle (Saale) site

Summary

The contract is for access control services at the Halle (Saale) site in 2027, with the option of annual extensions through 2030. The work includes managing access, and the price calculation must include one site inspection per year outside normal working hours. There were no alarm calls or resulting inspections in 2024 or 2025. With its tender, the bidder must provide the names, professional qualifications and short CVs of the personnel proposed for the service, and prove that they hold the competence examination required under section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act and have at least two years’ experience in comparable work. The bidder must also demonstrate experience with comparable services and, if requested, provide three references from the last three years. The bidder must submit the required company declarations and, on request, evidence relating to registrations, payment of taxes and social security contributions, and the absence of exclusion grounds.
