Summary

The University of Münster is procuring a total of 400,000 litres of low-sulphur extra-light heating oil, divided into four lots of 100,000 litres each. Lots 1 and 2 are to be delivered by arrangement between 10 and 18 November 2026, and lots 3 and 4 between 19 and 27 November 2026, to the university’s heating plant in Münster. The heating oil must comply with DIN 51603 Part 1 or an equivalent standard and have a sulphur content below 50 mg/kg.
