Framework agreement for postal services

Summary

Universität Leipzig intends to award a framework agreement for postal services for a two-year period with an option to extend twice by two years (total maximum six years). The initial start date is 1 January 2027. The contract covers the provision of postal services, including collection, counting, sorting, franking, transport and delivery to named recipients, including PO boxes and large recipients, with billing in accordance with the specifications. The framework comprises two lots: Lot 1 – postcards and letters (regional, national and international) and formal deliveries; Lot 2 – parcels.
