Safety and health coordination for the Kramers Gut project

Summary

The City of Helmstedt is procuring safety and health coordination services for the renovation and conversion of the listed Kramers Gut estate, comprising nine buildings. The single contract covers planning and, subject to a separate call after funding approval, the construction phase for two subprojects: the residential building and farm barn, and the cowshed, riding hall and new storage buildings. The works are planned to run from 2026 to 2029 and include 58 scheduled site visits across the two subprojects.
