Outsourcing of SAP Basis Operations

Summary

Universitätsklinikum Aachen is procuring the operation and administration of its SAP Basis environment, including monitoring, database and performance management, system maintenance, transport management, upgrades, patching, incident handling and related documentation. The systems are hosted in SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud and Private Cloud Edition, with connected SAP and non-SAP systems. Optional services cover support for the SAP S/4HANA transformation (estimated 120 project days), migration of IaaS systems from HEC to PCE (100 days) and SAP Cloud ALM consulting (120 days). The initial contract term is 24 months, with up to three 12-month extensions.
