Shelving Systems for the Temporary Archive

Summary

The City of Bad Münstereifel is procuring a complete, removable shelving installation for a temporary archive storing records damaged in the July 2021 floods. The supply includes 120 fields of mobile double shelving, 12 fields of fixed shelving, six specialist fields for large-format records, two flat-storage units with ten drawers, 22 fields of shelving for ancillary rooms and 9 metres of office shelving, together with floor rails, planning, installation, commissioning, testing and handover. The system must accommodate at least 9,500 archive boxes and be fully installed, tested and operational by 29 January 2027.
