48-month framework agreement for tiling works

Summary

The procurement covers repair work involving tiles and slabs at buildings and properties owned by Jerichower Land district under a 48-month framework agreement running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The estimated total workload is approximately 800 hours, but the contracting authority does not guarantee that this volume will be ordered. The offer must state the hourly rate for a skilled tiler for 800 hours and, where applicable, the rates for a master craftsperson, an assistant worker, and apprentices in years 1 to 3, as well as surcharges for overtime, Sunday, public-holiday, and night work. The latter rates and surcharges are not included in the evaluation. Work will be carried out at district properties and, where necessary, at district construction sites. For emergencies, the contractor must be reachable by telephone outside normal working hours and provide a response within one to two hours. Materials are charged at purchase price without a markup; travel and other overheads and profit must be included in the hourly rate. As a rule, no more than one master-craftsperson hour per repair order will be accepted for planning and coordination; any greater amount must be justified in advance. The contractor must keep daily timesheets in duplicate and submit them for the contracting authority's approval before invoicing. A copy of the tax exemption certificate must accompany the offer. Payment is based on actual working time on site, excluding travel time; the VAT rate is 19%.
