Tax advisory services

Summary

Erste Abwicklungsanstalt (EAA) is procuring tax advisory services for its domestic and international tax affairs. The scope includes preparing corporate income tax, trade tax and VAT returns and advance returns; tax analysis of contracts and support with tax aspects of contract negotiations; assistance with tax audits and legal proceedings; invoice processing in SAP; accounting for selected subsidiaries; and travel expense processing. The six-year contract runs from 17 May 2027 to 16 May 2033, with the option to extend the services to specified and future affiliated companies.
