Cleaning services at Dresden Klotzsche Gymnasium

Summary

The City of Dresden is procuring routine, deep and window cleaning at Dresden Klotzsche Gymnasium and its sports hall. The scope covers 12,236.77 m² of routine cleaning, 3,763.45 m² of glass cleaning and 1,045.54 m² of annual deep cleaning, including scheduled specialist cleaning tasks. Services are planned from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2029; the initial term runs to 31 August 2028 and is automatically extended by 12 months unless terminated in writing at least six months before expiry.
