Summary

Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienst und Wohlfahrtspflege (BGW) is procuring technical building equipment planning services under HOAI Section 55, service phases 1–8, in Lot 2. The work must be coordinated with the existing fire safety concept, hazardous-substance survey and thermographic survey. Optional additional services include assistance in selecting grant programmes, support in engaging an officially recognised inspection expert, and adapting the building’s technical infrastructure to provide separately metered and billed rental units on the upper floors.
