Monitoring report on the security of public charging infrastructure (MonÖLis)

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of a cybersecurity monitoring report for public electric-vehicle charging infrastructure. The work covers a kick-off meeting, development of a vulnerability assessment matrix, analysis of vulnerabilities and the cybersecurity situation for October 2025 to September 2027, assessment of existing measures, and a final presentation. Work packages 1–5 must be completed in October 2027; a 2029 monitoring report is optional. Tenders must be submitted by 5 October 2026 at 14:00. Participation requires a company profile, at least three suitable references, a quality-management description, profiles of a compliant project team, pricing and milestone plans, and a substantive response to the evaluation criteria.
