Event management services

Summary

The procurement covers support for planning, organising and delivering DGUV events in 2027–2028: an annual media award and usually one or two political events each year. The contract may be extended twice for one year, up to 31 January 2031, and has a maximum call-off value of EUR 520,000 excluding VAT. Media-award work includes developing the award’s content and visual concept, creating and operating an online submission and judging platform, supporting the jury, producing media and promotional materials, and organising the award ceremony. Political-event services include planning and organising discussions, presentations and other formats that foster political and professional dialogue. The bid must include the required qualification and compliance documents, prices, references, and the experience of the project lead and project assistant. Price accounts for 40% and quality for 60% of the score; quality assessment covers references, key personnel experience and a bidder presentation addressing four tasks. A score of 0 or 1 for any task results in exclusion.
