Supply, installation and cabling of PC workstations

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and cabling of PC workstations for Hochschule Bremen. The scope comprises 108 PC desks, 3 lecturer desks and 3 delivery and installation stages, including measurement, delivery, installation, hardware integration and handover. The bidder must submit priced offer documents, a compliance questionnaire with precise references to the offer or supporting evidence, and a technical solution meeting the minimum requirements for desk dimensions, monitor mounts, work and storage surfaces, cable management and power supply, and desk stability. Award criteria are adjustable and lockable monitor-mount insertion depth (15%), cable-management quality (40%), FSC or equivalent tabletop certification such as PEFC (5%), and price (40%). A cable-management concept of no more than two pages must address the NUC and power distribution, power and network routing, maintenance access and side entry.
