Energy renovation of Building AB – building automation design services

Summary

Hochschule Osnabrück is procuring technical building services design for the energy-efficient renovation and modernisation of Building AB at Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück. The work concerns the existing building of approximately 5,287 m² and includes, in particular, building automation and the technical systems affected by the renovation, such as the assembly hall’s ventilation, electrical infrastructure and heating. The overall renovation budget is approximately €8.2 million, including approximately €0.5 million for media technology.
