Summary

The tender concerns heating, ventilation and sanitary engineering design services for the extension of the BZS Grimma building. The scope covers HOAI technical-equipment service phases 1–9, including collection of basic data, preliminary and detailed design, building-permit documentation, execution planning, tender preparation, support in evaluating bids, construction supervision and object supervision during the warranty period. The bidder must submit a complete fee offer without restricting the required scope. The offer must cover all requested services, be comparable with the other offers and take account of the cost bases and fee zone 3 stated in the pricing form. The chargeable costs include, among others, EUR 50,000 for cost group 200, EUR 2,484,080 for cost group 300, EUR 933,622 for cost group 400, EUR 100,175 for cost group 500, EUR 335,980 for cost group 600 and EUR 1,050,000 for cost group 700. The submission deadline is 5 October 2026. The bidder must provide a project manager, a deputy project manager and any necessary additional team members, demonstrate comparable previous experience, maintain professional indemnity insurance, submit minimum-wage and sanctions declarations and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.
