167 – Electrolyser

Summary

RWTH Aachen University is procuring one ready-to-operate, modular PEM electrolyser system with a nominal electrolysis output of at least 45 kW for producing hydrogen from water. The supply includes the electrolyser modules, water treatment, process-cooling pump, controls, ventilation and required connection components, together with delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, documentation and operator training. No lots are planned. Delivery is required between 1 and 31 October 2027, with the remaining services completed within two weeks after delivery; the total price, including VAT and all specified ancillary costs, must not exceed €270,000.
